My entire adult career has been in clinical social work in hospital-based mental health settings with some work in substance abuse, children's services, and a year of construction in the oil patch in Wyoming. Group psychotherapy and process is my primary passion. Marital and family therapy are my second main interests. I participate in many professional organizations: current president of Idaho Society for Clinical Social Work; president 7 years running, Idaho Group Psychotherapy Network; clinical member, American Group Psychotherapy Association for the past 14 years; Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) for the past 11 years.

Teaching at Boise State University, Graduate School of Social Work. Co-facilitator of Boise VA Medical Center social work intern training group.
